Gardenaccia

The "Gardenaccia" apartment is a large 43 sqm studio apartment with a large and welcoming living room with fully equipped kitchen, complete with all appliances including an oven and a very comfortable 12-place supersilence dishwasher, large bathroom with shower and bidet; 2 balconies and a spacious private (closed) garden of 100 square meters equipped with: table, chairs, deck chairs and umbrellas. The parking space is in front of the apartment.

Other equipment: free wi-fi, 43-inch LED TV, washing machine, wall-mounted hairdryer, pressure cooker, coffee maker and all the detergents necessary for household appliances and for cleaning the house, travel cot for the little ones, if necessary. The price includes sheets and towels, blankets and duvets. At each change, we always replace both pillow covers and mattress covers.

The mechanism, which with a simple maneuver transforms the sofa into a real double bed (200x160x20) and vice versa, is nothing short of fantastic.
